We’ve been covering the Old Spice Guy’s meteoric rise to prominence all month, and sadly it appears Isaiah Mustafa has put his shirt back on and bid his adoring fans farewell. Wieden + Kennedy have done a remarkable job with this character, creating one of the most successful viral campaigns the internet has ever seen.   1. I watched a video on the filming of first Old Spice ad, and it turns out it was all filmed in one shot – he really was in a bathroom, then on a boat and on a horse in the same shot. Amazing!

  2. All in a days work for the Old Spice Guy! Loved that campaign and apparently it sent sales through the roof.
