Snow in the Western Cape

How shitake is the weather outside? So…. Cold….

The Cape Town City Bowl is practically over flowing. Unfortunately all we get in civilization is this apocalyptic rain while the mountain ranges collect a nice dusting of snow.

Ralph Tudhope managed to defrost his hand and eyeball and snap the following just outside George, Western Cape.

Expect queues to the Matroosberg National Park over the weekend where locals go to get their snow fix. It’s not quite Canadian powder, but it’s also not -20 outside.
